Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention across all digital channels in our strategic markets.
Identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and engaging campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive demand.
A/B test and experiment with different marketing tactics to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to make data-informed decisions for ongoing optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, and proactively seek out new opportunities to drive growth.
Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
What you need
3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Marketer or similar role, with a track record of driving significant business growth through marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data and metrics to inform marketing decisions.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics and Google Adwords, social media management platforms, email marketing platforms, etc.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation techniques.
Hands-on, creative thinker with a growth mindset, always seeking innovative ways to achieve business objectives.
Highly collaborative and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
