Your Role
As Events & Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering Gorilla’s presence in the market. You’ll manage the strategy and execution of events, webinars, and partner marketing initiatives that build global awareness, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and contribute to business growth.
The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded marketer who enjoys creating measurable impact across multiple channels.
You’ll work closely with colleagues in content, customer success, and with subject matter experts to design programmes that are well-executed, measurable, and scalable across international markets.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be accountable for three core areas: events, webinars, and partner marketing.
Events Strategy & Execution
Design and oversee Gorilla’s global events strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and pipeline objectives, and relevance for customers across key international markets
Manage the full event lifecycle from planning and logistics to execution and post-event analysis
Deliver Gorilla-branded community events that are well-run, well-attended, and impactful for both customers and prospects
Webinar Programme Management
Own Gorilla’s webinar programme end-to-end
Partner with internal experts and customers to deliver engaging, high-value webinars that drive attendance, engagement, and pipeline growth
Track performance and refine formats to maximise international reach and customer impact
Channel & Partner Marketing
Support the creation and ongoing improvement of Gorilla’s online partner enablement hub
Collaborate with the partner marketing team to deliver clear, engaging communications
Lead joint marketing initiatives with industry partners, including co-branded events, content, and press opportunities that reach global audiences
What You’ll Need
Experience delivering B2B events across both owned (first-party) and external (third-party) formats.
Experience managing a range of event formats from small executive roundtables to large-scale conferences.
Strong project management skills with end-to-end ownership, including logistics, speaker management, and reporting.
Collaboration skills and experience working with internal teams, agencies, customers, and external stakeholders.
A commercial mindset, with a focus on outcomes and measurable results.
Ability to stay organised and adaptable while managing multiple priorities.
Experience in an early-stage or rapidly growing company is an advantage.
Remote First Option
Our flagship office is in Antwerp, and we also have an office in London and co-working spaces in Reading (UK), Austin (US), and Melbourne (ANZ). This is a Remote First role, giving you the freedom to choose where and how you work: from one of our offices (if you're nearby), from home, or a mix of both. Please note that you must be based in the UK, as we are not able to consider candidates living in other countries. Occasional travel is required to meet with customers or attend team meetings..
